Harold Bell is a British artist recognised for his exceptional skills in oil painting and bronze casting. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gold- smiths College, University of London and was awarded a prestigious Winston Churchill scholarship to study art bronze casting in Verona, Italy. Following his studies, Bell worked as an independent artist at Attimore Barn Studios under the Digswell Arts Trust.

His work has been exhibited at the Royal Academy in London and the Contemporary Art Fair in Paris, reflecting a balance of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary expression.
